Cattle Grid could be answer to Ottery Lane wash out

Following the completion of the A375 drainage works at Two Bridges Road we’re now turning our attention to addressing the materials that’s washed down from Ottery Lane including flint which can damage or puncture tyres…. One thing we are looking at is putting in something that resembles a cattle grid….. This would then trap all the material and prevent drainage channels getting blocked up. The large trap would then be cleaned as and when required, If this is agreed then we will work with the landowner to get implemented.
